We don't have a rigid corporate structure here at eSolved MSC. There's flexibility for our team to try their hand at different roles, time and resources permitting. Essentially we can categorize what we do under a few departments:
CEO (a.k.a. The Boss)
Our founder and CEO is Charles Tang. He's the brains behind this operation, and it's his vision, ideas, and leadership that constantly drive us forwards.
Technical (Software Design, Development, Testing, Maintenance & Upgrades (you get the picture!))
Our designers create dozens of new logo and website designs on a weekly basis. Every day brings new customers with different ideas and concepts for our designers to interpret. We take abstract ideas and turn them into finished products. People come to us looking for logos and designs that they will use to represent their companies to the world. We provide cutting edge and fresh designs so they can make a great first impression to their customers.
Our customers come from all over the world. Each of them has their own needs and requirements. Each of them has questions of their own. When our customers need help, our customer service gals and guys are the ones who see to it that their questions are answered promptly and comprehensively. We have to be able to quickly understand and troubleshoot all kinds of different inquiries and issues. We also have to be able to occasionally find creative solutions to fit our customers' needs. We're proud that our customer service provides personal and well-thought out responses to queries. We don't give stock answers. It's an interesting and challenging job that brings us in touch with all kinds of different people from across the globe.
Selling the world's greatest product doesn't get you anywhere if nobody knows about it. Getting noticed on the Internet requires a certain amount of technical savvy. That's where our Internet Marketing team comes in. We combine traditional marketing techniques with the latest Internet trends (e.g. Web 2.0 tech). We spend time following the latest trends, keeping up to date with the newest technologies, and maintaining an online presence through blogs and forums and discussion sites. Our Technical Marketing team makes sure that our solutions are visible to our potential customers, and provides the same expertise to our customers to get them on the Internet map as well.
